I could not be happier with Krissie and Alicia and Warm Hearts Caregiving. We hired them to help my 82 year-old father with meal prep, physical therapy exercises and general daily care. They were responsive, always did more than we asked or expected, and were kind and confidential. They were everything their business says: warm hearted caregivers! They also did not hold us to a minimum # of hours or push us into more care than we needed—they enabled me to rest easy from hours away knowing my father was in good hands.

I cannot say enough good things and Krissie and Becca. Two of the most caring ladies.

They cared for my dad. Coming for him, making sure he got to appts, caring for him and keeping him company. And when he went to the hospital both of them visited him and made the nurses were caring for him properly. These ladies DO care. ALOT! I don’t live close and they called and texted and kept me in the loop. I am beyond grateful they could be there for my dad when he needed love and care the most. Do not hesitate to hire these ladies! 

My daughter in law told me about Krissie and her helpers. I needed assistance in care for my elderly father. He is 81 years old. From the start she wanted to get to know him and his unique needs. She has helped with his appointments and scheduling him in at doctors/dentists. She also assists with medication and observation of his habits to advise me on additional needs. Something as simple as tidying up the room or taking him out for a meal is such a bonus as well. Please consider her for your needs.

I found myself in a crisis. My dad was coming out of the hospital and  needed a lot of care at home.  I live an hour 1/2 away and just couldn’t give him the care that he desperately needed nor could my 88 year old mother. I called Krissie and within an hour or so she was at my parent’s home to meet with us. Within hours she had Tera lined up to care for my parents. I thought it would be so uncomfortable for my parents to have a stranger come into their home.  A stranger would be preparing their meals, giving them their medication, helping them dress, bathe, grocery shop, etc.  Within a couple of days, the stranger won their hearts and trust. She wasn’t just helping them with their daily needs but became a wonderful friend to both of them. Tera is a shining star, breath of fresh air and an answer to prayer.

We are so happy with the care this organization has provided for my mother. They show a love for what they do and we could not be more blessed to have them caring for our mom. There is not enough thank we can give to them
